Our boss, Shelly, graduated Phi Theta Kappa with a Computer Science Degree in Web Development and Technologies. She can write in 12 different programming languages and has over six year's experience doing web work. She also worked for a couple of large companies before deciding to start her own shop, so she's pretty knowledgeable about all things web-related.

We create each site specifically for the client who hired us, with the understanding that what works for someone else may or may not work for you. We keep your target audience in mind and also do our very best to work within your budget.

We specialize in e-commerce sites and we write them by hand, 100%, from start to finish. We don't use third-party software, so you OWN your site - the design, the code, and the database. So, you pay ZERO to anybody else to use it. The entire site will live on YOUR server and no one else's.

Each site is unique and belongs to its owner. We never use templates and we never use the same design twice. No amount of begging, pleading or cajoling will get us to change our minds on this one. (Yes, people have tried and no, you can't have the Fish Store design.)

Your project isn't done until you say so, and we'll work our tails off to make it perfect in every way. To this end, we work step-by-step with you in the design process, having you look things over and let us know what you like and don't like all along the way. We understand that we are creating YOUR website, not ours, and the only opinion that matters is YOURS. The end result is a product that you will love.

We also "repair" lots of existing websites, just in case you have one that needs some work. We can work wonders, no matter how hideous it is to begin with.


   Not sure where or how to start?   We've got it covered:  

• We'll give you a clear, detailed quote that includes everything expected of us and a price. That price is what you'll pay - period. If we forget to charge for something in the quote, it's on US, not you.
• Our price always includes the following: one full year of hosting, email setup, search engine optimization in Google, Yahoo!, Bing, Microsoft Live Search and MSNbot, Ask.com, and Moreover.com including a sitemap, meta tags, urchins, and a "favs" icon. (The little image in the address bar to the left of your site's address).
• Unlike other companies that charge $50.00, $100.00 or even more in monthly hosting fees, we charge . . . $28.00 per YEAR, which is what it costs us to host it. Anything more is called "residual income", which just isn't our style. Please note that some sites, like e-commerce and Flash sites, are HUGE and need to have more room.  In this case, it may be more than $28.00 per year, but not by much. You'll still only need to pay what it costs us and nothing more.
• If you need changes or updates, we'll be here. You tell us what you need and we'll provide a written quote. Our fees are extremely reasonable in comparison to other companies, with the hourly rate we charge depending upon what it is we're doing. (As an example, Flash work is more than html because it's more difficult and time-consuming to do)
• We have our own private server space which means your site will be safe with a 99.9% up-time guarantee.
• We keep three backups of every project we do - just in case.
• We are fully-licensed with the City of Spokane, the State of Washington and the I.R.S., so there's never any "funny business" going on with us. Please also note that there is no sales tax on web sites and everything we do, including maintenance, is a 100% tax right-off as an advertising expense for your business, which is always helpful at tax time.
